POST CONSTRUCTION/POST RENOVATION CHECKLIST Estimated Cleaning Time: Determined by square footage This cleaning is appropriate for newly constructed or renovated spaces that contain excessive dust, caulking, paint and debris. This service is most relatable to a final clean. Kitchen • Dust removal of top, back and front of interior and exterior cabinets, drawers, shelving and dovetail drawer slats • Dust removal of top, front, back and sides of fridge • Hand wiping of light fixtures, wine racks, countertops, faucets and hardware • Sanitizing and polishing of quartz, granite and marble surfaces • Removal of stickers, packaging plastic and tags from appliances • Hand wiping and sanitizing of doorknobs and light switches • Exterior and interior wiping of microwaves, drawer warmers and steamers • Exterior and interior wiping and sanitizing of fridge and oven if needed. • Polish stainless-steel appliances and exhaust hoods Bathrooms • Dust removal of exterior and interior light fixtures, cabinets, drawers, shelving and dovetail drawer slats. • Paint and caulk removal from tile shower walls, flooring and tub surrounds • Top to bottom wiping of tile, fiberglass, marble or slate shower walls • Clean/Shine shower glass doors and mirrors • Clean/Shine faucets, shower door handles, soap dishes and built-in shower niches • Debris removal, vacuuming and scrubbing of flooring • Dust, wipe and disinfect toilet top, back and base All other areas • Dust removal of walls, ceiling fans, crown molding, door molding baseboards, flooring, faux wood or custom plantation blinds or shutters. • Clean/Shine windows included in renovated space • Sweep, vacuum and mop all finished flooring hardwood, tile, carpeted, etc. • Top to bottom dust removal of custom closets or entertainment centers
