Estimated Cleaning Time: 2-3 hours This service emphasizes standard cleaning and is most suitable for a home that is routinely cleaned and in need of a touch up. All Areas • Cobwebs removed using Swifter duster • Light, general straightening and dusting of computer monitors and flat screen TVs • Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges Swifter dusted to prevent build up • Door knobs, door handles and light switches cleaned and disinfected • Framed art and trinkets dusted • Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted with extension wand duster • Beds Made, (One set of linens changed) **Additional set of linens can be changed upon request, additional charges apply • All furniture dusted and wiped clean (front, sides and legs) (polished by request only) • Lamps and lampshades Swifter dusted • Sofa cushions and pillows straightened and fluffed • Removal of recyclables (if requested) • Wastebaskets emptied and relined • Baseboards Swifter dusted • Floors vacuumed and damp mopped • Stairs, molding and spindles swept/vacuumed/hand wiped • Clean one set of glass doors. Additional glass doors cleaned upon request; additional charges apply. Kitchen • Top of refrigerator dusted • Cabinet fronts spot checked for dirt and fingerprints • Countertops, sinks, inside window over sink and backsplash wiped • Exterior stove top and/or drip pans and cast-iron grates washed • Exterior cleaning of small appliances on kitchen counters • Interior of microwave oven and glass plate wiped clean • Clean and sanitize sink and faucet Bathrooms • All fixtures/hardware detail cleaned and polished • Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and back • Tub and/or shower tiles, sinks and counters thoroughly cleaned/deep scrubbed, disinfected and rinsed • Towels folded on rack
