Service Description

One Time Cleaning Checklist Estimated Cleaning Time: 2-3 Hours This service includes precision-detailed cleaning with specialized focus on removal of heavy dust build up in all rooms including kitchen and bathrooms. Some furniture, small appliances and small throw rugs lifted and moved to clean behind and underneath. All Areas to include Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room & Bedrooms • Cobwebs removed using Lamb’s Wool Duster • Light, general straightening and dusting of computers and flat screen TVs • Moldings & woodwork, windowsills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped) • Faux wood or plantation blinds dusted with microfiber cloth Windowsills hand wiped concentrating on build up • Doorknobs/handles and light switches cleaned and disinfected • Ceiling fan blades hand washed or wiped, and light fixtures wiped in place • Beds Made - All Linens changed (if requested and clean linens are provided) • All furniture dusted and wiped clean (fronts, sides, legs) • Lamps and Lampshades wiped and/or vacuumed with attachment • Upholstered furniture vacuumed • Whisk broom crumbs from under cushions of sofas and chairs • Sofa cushions and pillows straightened and fluffed • Removal of recyclables (if requested) • Dust/Clean/Shine mirrors, wall art and trinkets • Stairs, molding and spindles dusted, swept/vacuumed/hand wiped Kitchen • Top of refrigerator hand wiped • Cabinet fronts dusted and washed • Countertops and backsplash washed • Cleaning of small appliance exteriors on kitchen counters • Wiping and sanitizing of sink, faucet and window over sink • Clean exterior stovetop and scrubbing of drip pans and/or cast iron grates • Interior of microwave oven and glass plate wiped • Interior of fridge cleaned and sanitized • Interior of oven and stainless-steel racks scrubbed • Exterior stainless-steel appliances wiped and polished • Dishwasher loaded and run *additional fee applies Bathrooms • All fixtures/hardware deep cleaned and polished • Countertop, faucets, mirrors and • Exterior front and sides of cabinets wiped • Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and back • Tub and/or shower tiles, sinks and counters thoroughly cleaned/deep scrubbed, disinfected and rinsed • Towels folded on rack • Wastebaskets (emptied and relined)
